Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

All ticket reservations must be paid in full before the scheduled departure. Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on seasonal rates and fuel adjustments.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a refund or rebooking, subject to a 10% processing fee.

No-shows will not be refunded. In case of trip cancellation by G.V. Florida Transport due to force majeure, a full refund will be provided.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a threat to the safety and comfort of other passengers.

4. Baggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one (1) hand-carry bag and one (1) check-in luggage not exceeding 20kg. Excess weight or oversized items may incur additional freight charges.
